 The world of cocktails is constantly evolving, and every year, the 50 Best Bars awards highlight this vibrant energy that drives the world’s best bartenders to reinvent themselves. This is where trends are forged, and drinks are celebrated that redefine what it means to have a good cocktail. Because a cocktail is more than just “something to drink”, it is a pause, a ritual and an opportunity to celebrate life and travel to new destinations.

This year’s gala in Madrid was a spectacle in itself. And in this celebration of the 50 Best Bars, Spain has reaffirmed its place on the global mixology scene.
